We have established one 100 m/min high-end automatic production line, which is equipped with domestic complete and key equipment. Featured by three-coating and three-drying process, the production line is designed with multifunctional compound production system integrating color coating, printing, hot lamination, cold lamination, knurling and glowing. Brand-new air exchange thermocuring is adopted and hot air temperature of all sections of curing furnace is under closed-loop control. Thermal regenerative RTO waste heat recycling system is configured. Pressure of curing furnace is under closed-loop control. Protective film laminating machine and online stroboscope examining table are configured. Outlet section is capable of automatic coil separation, threading, taking and discharging. Coiling machine is configured with EPC system to realize aligned coiling of finished steel coil, and coiling helper and seamless coiling block, so as to avoid indentation of finished coil. Finished product is 0.2 mm~1.2 mm thick and 700 mm~1,250 mm wide; designed annual output: 200,000 t.
